ENTRY GRANTING MOTION TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS - Because some of the claims the plaintiff asserted in the action that was removed to this Court in 1:18-cv-3101- JPH-MPB, were misjoined, the plaintiff is responsible for the filing fee for this severed action. The plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #8 , is granted. The plaintiff is assessed an initial partial filing fee of Six Dollars and Fifty-Two Cents ($6.52). He shall have through February 27, 2019, in which to pay this sum to the clerk of the district court. Failure to pay the initial partial filing fee as directed in this Entry could result in the dismissal of the action for failure to comply with Court orders and failure to prosecute.
