Accutech System Corp.'s counterclaims against Counterclaim-Defendants Bar Harbor Trusts Services and Charter Trust Company for intentional interference with contract are based in part on the original Complaint that was filed in this matter prior to removal. The Counterclaim-Defendants' request for dismissal relies on the insufficiency of the original Complaint, which was dismissed pursuant to the Court's Order of August 20, 2019 [Dkt. 60].
