ORDER STAYING CASE AS TO DEFENDANT RICK CLARK - Having been advised that a voluntary petition for relief has been filed under Chapter 7 of Title 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana, under cause number 19-00573-JMC, the proceedings are stayed as to Defendant Rick Clark only. Plaintiff may move to lift the automatic stay if he believes an exception to the stay exists.
