ORDER - DENYING MOTION FOR INFORMATION ANDMOTION TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS; The plaintiff has filed a motion for information asking this Court to provide him the address of his adult son, Peter Parker, who may be incarcerated in Federal prison in Illinois. The motion for information, dkt. #10 , is denied as outside of scope of information related to this action. The plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #11 , is granted. The plaintiff is assessed an initial partial filing fee of Five Dollars and Forty- Six Cents ($5.46). He shall have through February 12, 2019, to pay this sum to the clerk.
