The motion for information, dkt. #10 , is denied as outside of scope of information related to this action. The plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #11 , is granted. The plaintiff is assessed an initial partial filing fee of Five Dollars and Forty- Six Cents ($5.46). He shall have through February 12, 2019, to pay this sum to the clerk.
