FINAL ENTRY DIRECTING RESOLUTION OF FILING FEE - Plaintiff Samuel Davis initiated this lawsuit while he was imprisoned at New Castle Correctional Facility. See dkts. 1, 2. On January 18, 2019, the Court denied Mr. Davis's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis because it was accompanied by outdated statements of his inmate trust account transactions. See dkt. 4.The Court ordered Mr. Davis to renew his motion with updated information regarding his ability to pay the filing fee by February 15, 2019. He has not done so. Since he filed this action, Mr. Davis has been released from prison. He has paid $100 toward his filing fee but has not paid the remaining balance of $300 or filed an updated motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis.The clerk is directed to include a form motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis with Mr. Davis's copy of this Entry. Mr. Davis shall have through March 22, 2019, to file an updated motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis or pay the remaining balance on the filing fee. If he fails to do so in the time provided, the Court will dismiss this action and enter final judgment without further warning or opportunity to show cause.
