ORDER - The Court ORDERS Defendants to file an amended Notice of Removal by January 25, 2019, which addresses the issues outlined in this Order and properly alleges a basis for this Court's diversity jurisdiction. In order to give Plaintiffs an opportunity to respond to Defendants' fraudulent joinder argument, Plaintiffs shall be given two weeks from the date of Defendants' filing of the Amended Notice of Removal in which to file their response thereto, which will be treated as a motion to remand for the purposes of Local Rule 81-1. Defendants shall then be given one week in which to file their reply brief. If Plaintiffs response opposes federal jurisdiction, it will be treated as a motion to remand. (See Order).
