ORDER - DIRECTING PLAINTIFF TO FILE AMENDED COMPLAINT; Plaintiff has adequately pleaded at least one Defendant's citizenship. But he has pleaded only his "residen[ce]" in a different state. That is not enough, especially where students are concerned. Accordingly, for this action to survive, Plaintiff must file an amended complaint properly invoking federal jurisdiction over his suit.
