February 26, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE - Albert Harris's petition for a writ of habeas corpus challenges his conviction in a prison disciplinary proceeding identified as case no. ISR 18-10-0056. Mr. Harris's petition states that the only sanction imposed as a result of his conviction included 180 days' confinement in disciplinary segregation, the enforcement of which has been suspended. Dkt. #2 at 1. The petition does not indicate that Mr. Harris was deprived of any earned credit time or demoted in credit-earning class as a result of his disciplinary conviction. Mr. Harris shall have through March 25, 2019, to show cause why his petition should not be dismissed pursuant to Rule 4.
