March 4, 2019 Filing 5 ENTRY - DENYING PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS AND DIRECTING ENTRY OF FINAL JUDGMENT; Mr. Harris's petition and the exhibits attached to it show that he has not been deprived of earned credit time or demoted in credit-earning class. Therefore, "it plainly appears from the petition and any attached exhibits that [Mr. Harris] is not entitled to relief in the district court." Rules Governing Section 2254 Cases in the United States District Courts, 4. Rule 4 requires the Court to "dismiss the petition and direct the clerk to notify the petitioner." Id.
