Filing 22 ORDER: On April 5, 2019, Defendant Harley-Davidson Credit Corp. ("Harley-Davidson") filed a Notice of Extension [Dkt. 21], purporting to obtain an initial 21-day enlargement of time to respond to Plaintiff's Complaint, from April 10, 2019 to and including May 1, 2019 pursuant to Local Rule 6-1(b). Defendant Harley-Davidson's Notice states that the extension does not interfere with the Case Management Plan, scheduled hearings, or other case deadlines. [Dkt. 21 at 2 7.]On March 27, 2019, the Court scheduled this matter for an initial pretrial conference on May 1, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. (Eastern) [Dkt. 20]; Defendant's response to Plaintiff's Complaint must be filed before that conference.
