The clerk is directed to add "Regional Medical Director" to the docket as an additional defendant. When the Regional Medical Director answers, he or she shall furnish their name to the Court. Should Mr. Jacob learn the name of this defendant prior to his or her appearance, he shall furnish that information to the Court to facilitate service of process. The clerk is directed pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(c)(3) to issue process to defendants Dr. Savino Y and the Regional Medical Director for the Correctional Industrial Facility in the manner specified by Rule 4(d). Process shall consist of the complaint, dkt. 1, applicable forms (Notice of Lawsuit and Request for Waiver of Service of Summons and Waiver of Service of Summons), and this Order.
