Filing 6 ENTRY DIRECTING PLAINTIFF TO COMPLY WITH DIRECTIONS - In the Entry of March 11, 2019, dkt. 5, the Court denied the plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis because she failed to submit a certified copy of her trust fund account statement (or institutional equivalent) for the 6-month period immediately preceding the filing of her complaint on February 27, 2019, as required by 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(2). The Court gave her through April 1, 2019, in which to renew her request for in forma pauperis status with the required information. The plaintiff has failed to respond to that Entry. The plaintiff shall have additional time, through May 13, 2019, in which to comply with the directions discussed above. Failure to do so will demonstrate that the plaintiff has abandoned the action and will result in the dismissal of the action for failure to comply with Court orders and failure to prosecute, without further notice. Signed by Judge James Patrick Hanlon on 4/24/2019. Copy to Plaintiff via US Mail. (DWH) |
