April 25, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 6 Order Directing Dismissal of Action - In the Order of March 7, 2019, plaintiff Ronald Butler's complaint was dismissed based on the Court's inability to provide the relief that Mr. Butler requests - that charges against him in state court be dismissed. Mr. Butler was directed to show cause why judgment should not issue. Mr. Butler has not responded to these directions. Accordingly, this action is now dismissed. He brings this action alleging that he was subjected to an illegal search. As discussed in this Order, Mr. Butler's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #2 , is denied, his complaint is dismissed, and he is directed to show cause why this action should not be dismissed. The plaintiff's complaint must be dismissed for each of the reasons set forth above.
