Order Directing Dismissal of Action - In the Order of March 7, 2019, plaintiff Ronald Butler's complaint was dismissed based on the Court's inability to provide the relief that Mr. Butler requests - that charges against him in state court be dismissed. Mr. Butler was directed to show cause why judgment should not issue. Mr. Butler has not responded to these directions. Accordingly, this action is now dismissed. Order Denying Motion to Proceed in forma pauperis, Dismissing Complaint, and Directing Plaintiff to Show Cause - Plaintiff Ronald Duane Butler is an inmate at the Decatur County Jail. He brings this action alleging that he was subjected to an illegal search. As discussed in this Order, Mr. Butler's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #2 , is denied, his complaint is dismissed, and he is directed to show cause why this action should not be dismissed. The plaintiff's complaint must be dismissed for each of the reasons set forth above.
