Filing 9 ENTRY SCREENING COMPLAINT AND DIRECTING ISSUANCE OF PROCESS - Plaintiff Marshaun Robinson is an inmate at the Correctional Industrial Facility (CIF). Because Mr. Robinson is a "prisoner" as defined by 28 U.S.C. 1915A(c), this Court has an obligation under 28 U.S.C. 1915A(b) to screen his complaint. The action shall proceed with First Amendment claims against Sergeant Ayorinde and Lieutenant Durr, in their individual capacities only, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1983. All other claims are dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. The clerk is directed to terminate Mr. Stafford as a defendant. The discussion of claims in Part III addresses all claims the Court identified in the complaint. If Mr. Robinson believes he alleged other claims that the Court did not address, he shall have through July 12, 2019, to identify those claims. The clerk is directed pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(c)(3) to issue process to Defendants (1) Sergeant Ayorinde and (2) Lieutenant Durr in the manner specified by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(d). Process shall consist of the complaint (dkt. 1), applicable forms (Notice of Lawsuit and Request for Waiver of Service of Summons and Waiver of Service of Summons), and this Entry.
