Order - Denying #8 Motion for Court Assistance. Plaintiff Lester Riggins asks the Court to send him a copy of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure are expansive, covering many topics that will not be necessary for Mr. Riggins to adequately litigate this case, so the Court does not typically grant such voluminous copy requests in these circumstances. At this point, Mr. Riggins need only resolve the outstanding filing fee issue in order to proceed in this action. If he does so, and then if the Court determines during the screening process that any of Mr. Riggins's claims may proceed, he may then renew his request for a copy of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. At that time, the Court will be able to better evaluate what if any rules Mr. Riggins requires. Accordingly, Mr. Riggins's motion for court assistance, dkt. #8 , is denied without prejudice.
