Filing 5 ENTRY GRANTING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO DISMISS - Plaintiff Mark Kendrick has filed a motion notifying the Court that he filed the complaint by mistake and asking the Court to withdraw it. Mr. Kendrick's motion to dismiss this action, dkt. #4 , is granted. Mr. Kendrick's claims are dismissed without prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(i). The clerk is directed to close this action on the docket. No judgment is required under these circumstances.
