Filing 9 ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS AND DIRECTING PAYMENT OF INITIAL PARTIAL FILING FEE - Plaintiff Jason Davidson, Jr., has submitted prisoner trust account financial transactions as directed. This submission, dkt. #8 , shall be considered as a renewed motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and as such is granted. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 (b)(1)(A), an initial partial filing fee of nine dollars ($9.00) is assessed and shall be paid to the clerk of the district court no later than September 6, 2019. The clerk is directed to update the docket to reflect the address shown in the distribution list below and send Mr. Davidson a copy of this Order to that address.
