Final judgment consistent with this Entry will be issued under separate order. Filing 4 ENTRY - GRANTING #2 MOTION TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS, SCREENING AND ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. Long's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, without prepaying fees or costs (Filing No. #2 ) is granted. While in forma pauperis status allows a plaintiff to proceed without pre-payment of the filing fee, the plaintiff remains liable for the full fees. Long shall have through Friday, July 26, 2019, by which to show cause why judgment consistent with this Entry should not issue. At Docket No. 2-1, Long filed a bank account statement in support of his Request to Proceed in Forma Pauperis Without Pre- payment of Fees. However, Long failed to redact from the statement the bank account number identified on the document in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 5.2. Therefore, the Clerk is directed to restrict access to Docket No. 2-1 pursuant to Rule 5.2. Long is directed to file a substitute bank account statement with the bank account number redacted from the document no later than Friday, July 26, 2019. Long is granted leave to file an amended complaint by no later than Friday, July 26, 2019. If no amended complaint is filed by that date, this action will be dismissed for the reasons set forth above. (See Entry.) Copy to Plaintiff via US Mail.
