August 1, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 6 Entry Denying Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis - The plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, ECF No. #3 , is denied because she has sufficient income and/or resources to prepay the entire filing fee of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00). In her motion, Plaintiff indicates that her monthly income is roughly Two Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($2,800.00), her monthly expenses are roughly Two Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Five Dollars ($2,255.00), and her checking or savings account contains approximately Eighty-Six Dollars ($86.00), thus leaving approximately Six Hundred Thirty-One Dollars ($631.00) available to pay the Court's filing fee. Accordingly, the plaintiff shall have through October 18, 2019, in which to pay the filing fee to the Clerk of the Court.
