Order Granting Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis, Screening Complaint, Dismissing Deficient Claims, and Directing Issuance and Service of Process - Dianta Williams is an inmate incarcerated in the New Castle Correctional Facility (NCCF) in Indiana. On August 13, 2019, Mr. Williams commenced this 42 U.S.C. 1983 action. Mr. Williams's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #2 , is granted. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1)(A), an initial partial filing fee of six dollars ($6.00) is assessed and must be paid to the clerk of the district court no later than September 17, 2019. The clerk is directed pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(c)(3) to issue process to defendants Sergeant Outlaw, Captain Nolen, Sergeant Sparks, and Sergeant Lunesford in the manner specified by Rule 4(d).
