ORDER: Plaintiff filed a motion for temporary restraining order and/or preliminary injunction on Friday, September 6, 2019 (Dkt. 4). Plaintiff requests immediate relief from the court. However, when court staff contacted plaintiff's counsel of record on Monday, September 9, 2019, to discuss arrangements for addressing its motion, plaintiff's counsel indicated that he was local counsel only and could not provide the information the court needs to determine how to proceed. The court enters this order to facilitate the prompt and efficient determination of the pending motions. No later than Friday, September 13, 2019: (1) Lead counsel with primary litigation responsibility for plaintiff must file an appearance; (2) Plaintiff must file proof of service of the complaint and summons on defendant John Kerr; and (3) Plaintiff must have served all other papers filed in this case on the defendant. This case is set for a telephone status conference on September 18, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern), before Magistrate Judge Debra McVicker Lynch.
