The petitioner subsequently filed motions to deny the State of Indiana the ability to represent the Indiana Department of Correction and to order the respondent to produce the petitioner's judgment of conviction or commitment order. The Court denied the motions as frivolous. See dkt. 10. The petitioner now asks the Court to reconsider the denial of his motions.
