Because his motion to proceed in forma pauperis has been granted, the motion to inform, dkt. #20 , is denied as moot. In his motion for verification of legal documents, he asks the clerk to make copies of his envelop and sent them to an attorney. That motion, dkt. #21 , is denied. If the attorney wants to obtain a copy of any document filed in a case in this court, she can access the documents through the PACER system. Copy to Jasper L. Frazier via U.S. mail. Dkt. 6. He responded stating that he submitted his transaction history with his complaint, but it was not included in the same envelope as the complaint. He has also paid a partial filing fee of $32.63. In these circumstances, the motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #2 , is granted. The plaintiff is informed that since the initial partial filing fee has been paid, he will be obligated to make monthly payments of 20 percent of the preceding month's income each month that the amount in his account exceeds $10.00, until the full filing fee of $350.00 is paid. 28 U.S. C. 1915(b)(2). A collection order will be issued to the plaintiff and the plaintiff's custodian, and the Court will screen the complaint in accordance with 28 U.S.C. 1915A. The motion for clarification, dkt. #10 , motion to inform, dkt. #12 , and motion for verification, dkt. #13 , are all granted consistent with this ruling.
