ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE - Plaintiff Designer Protein, LLC's Complaint [Dkt. 1] asserts state law claims of negligent bailment and breach of contract. Plaintiff also seeks a declaratory judgment, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2201. Because it does not appear that this Court has subject matter jurisdiction to adjudicate the claims that Plaintiff has presented, we direct Plaintiff to file an Amended Complaint properly alleging a basis for subject matter jurisdiction. The Court ORDERS Plaintiff to file an Amended Complaint within fourteen (14) days of the date of this entry, which addresses the issues outlined in this Order by properly alleging a basis for diversity jurisdiction.
