Order Dismissing Habeas Corpus Action - On November 4, 2019, petitioner Ronald Lunsford filed this 28 U.S.C. 2254 habeas corpus petition challenging his 1996 conviction in Indiana state court. On November 12, 2019, the Court directed Mr. Lunsford to show cause why his petition should not be dismissed as untimely. Mr. Lunsford has failed to respond, and the time for doing so has passed. This action is therefore dismissed with prejudice as untimely and barred by 28 U.S.C. 2244(d). Final judgment shall enter consistent with this Order. Signed by Judge James R.
