Order Remanding Case - This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiff Virginia Hatcher's Motion to Remand ECF No. #5 and Defendants Harold Sherfey's and Walbert Trucking, Inc.'s Motion to Withdraw Notice of Removal ECF No. #7 . In addition to all Parties agreeing that remand is proper in this case, they also each seek to have Defendants' Notice of Removal, Ex. D, 10-9-19 Demand Letter (ECF No. 1-4) stricken from the record. ECF Nos. #7 & #8 . Therefore, Plaintiff's Motion to Remand ECF No. #5 is granted and Defendants' Motion to Withdraw Notice of Removal ECF No. #7 is granted to the extent that the 10-9-19 Demand Letter (ECF No. 1-4) is stricken from the record and otherwise denied as moot.
