ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE - Plaintiff brought a personal injury and product liability action against Defendants in Brown County, Indiana's Circuit Court. (Pl.'s Compl., ECF No.1-1.) Plaintiff alleges he suffered chemical burns after using a Tide Pod manufactured by Defendants. (Id. at 1-4.) Seeking to invoke this Court's diversity jurisdiction, Defendants filed a Notice of Removal (ECF No. 1). Defendants' shall have through January 20, 2020 to file an amended Notice of Removal or otherwise show cause why this action should not be remanded for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. In doing so, Defendants must clearly identify the state of each party's citizenship.
