Therefore, the Court finds that the Motion to Compel Arbitration and Dismiss (ECF No. 6) should be, and hereby is, granted to the extent that the parties are ordered to proceed to arbitration in accordance with the terms of the arbitration provision in Section 9 of the Bird Rental Agreement (see ECF No. 7-2 at 1314.)
