Mr. Peacher's emergency motion for preliminary injunction, dkt. #4 , seeking to prevent the defendants from transferring him to another prison in the future, is denied because he has no right to demand to be incarcerated in any particular prison. Mr. Peacher's motion to take notice of exhibits, dkt. #6 , is granted to the extent that the exhibits attached to the complaint are now part of the record. If he wishes to have these exhibits considered for any evidentiary purpose during the litigation, however, he must present or cite to them at the proper time and in the appropriate manner.
