ORDER - Plaintiff Latrell Gaines filed a Complaint, [Filing No. 1], and Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis, [Filing No. 2], on December 31, 2019. On January 2, 2020, the Court granted the Motion, screened the Complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2), and dismissed the Complaint without prejudice for failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted. [Filing No. 4.] Mr. Gaines was ordered to file an Amended Complaint by January 24, 2020 and warned that failure to do so could result in dismissal of this case. [Filing No. 4 at 4.] Because this deadline has passed and Mr. Gaines has not filed an Amended Complaint or otherwise responded, this action is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE for failure to prosecute and failure to comply with Court Orders.
