The use of discovery obtained from Sabag's § 1782 application is limited to the foreign proceeding in contemplation at the time of Sabag's a pplication. Finally, Sabag shall provide Windhorst and Track Group with copies of the discovery he has received so far in relation to his § 1782 application, as well as the discovery he receives as a result of this order granting his application.
