[Filing No. 1.] Subsequently, the Court entered an Order directing Ms. Peck to show cause why the case should not be remanded to Marion Superior Court for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction. [Filing No. 5.] Ms. Peck filed her response on January 21, 2020, stating that [a]fter reviewing relevant case law, Peck concludes that this Court lacks jurisdiction over the case, and it should be remanded to the Marion Superior Court. [Filing No. 6 at 2.] Based upon the lack of subject-matter jurisdiction over this matter, the Court finds that remand is appropriate, and ORDERS that this matter be REMANDED to the Marion Superior Court.
