ORDER: This matter comes before the Court on Defendant's Motion for Extension of Time to File Response to Plaintiff's Complaint. [Dkt. #11 .] Defendant's motion requests an extension of time from March 16, 2020 to March 30, 2020, by which to file a response to Plaintiff's Complaint. The Court finds that there are extraordinary circumstances sufficient to justify Defendant's delay in filing this motion which would otherwise be a violation of Local Rule 6-1(a)(5), and the Court also notes that Defendant's motion is unopposed. [Id. at 2-3, 3 & 4.] Further, this matter is scheduled for an pretrial conference on April 1, 2020 [Dkt. 10], and Defendant must file a response to Plaintiffs Complaint prior to the conference. Accordingly, the Court hereby GRANTS the motion. On or before March 30, 2020, Defendant shall file a response to Plaintiff's Complaint. In addition, the Court, sua sponte, hereby enlarges the deadline for the parties to file a proposed Case Management Plan, which shall be filed on or before March 30, 2020.
