Filing 4 ORDER - on Filing Fee, Screening and Dismissing Complaint, and Allowing Plaintiff to Show Cause; No later than March 27, 2020, Mr. Young shall pay the $400 filing fee to the clerk of the district court or by motion seek leave to proceed without full prepayment of the filing fee on a form to be supplied by the clerk. If the motion is filed, Mr. Young must attach to it a certified copy of his prison inmate trust account financial transactions for the six-month period preceding the filing of this lawsuit. 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(2). The clerk is directed to send Mr. Young a form motion for this purpose with his copy of this Order. The complaint is dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. The complaint has been dismissed. Mr. Young shall have through March 26, 2020, to show cause why the complaint should not have been dismissed and instead allowed to proceed. The failure to successfully show cause by March 26, 2020, will result in the dismissal of this action and entry of final judgment without further notice.
