Filing 8 Entry Granting Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis and Directing Plaintiff to Update Address - The plaintiffs motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #3 , is granted to the extent that the plaintiff is assessed an initial partial filing fee of Three Dollars and Eighty-seven Cents ($3.87). See 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1). He shall have through April 13, 2020, to pay this sum to the clerk of the district court. Failure to pay the initial partial filing fee as directed in this Entry could result in dismissal of the action for failure to comply with Court orders and failure to prosecute. After the initial partial filing fee is received, the Court will screen the complaint in accordance with 28 U.S.C. 1915A. The plaintiff shall also have through April 13, 2020, in which to report his current address. The Court must be able to communicate with the plaintiff. If the plaintiff fails to keep the Court informed of his current address, the action will be subject to dismissal for failure to comply with Court orders and failure to prosecute.
