Filing 1 ENTRY Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Sever Claims - The Complaint in this action was screened on February 19, 2020. The Court identified three separate claims. The Court then held that all three claims were not properly joined and could not proceed in a single case. On March 19, 2020, the plaintiff reported that "he wishes the Court to sever the claims against Officer Franklin, Warden Dickerson and Core Civic" into new civil actions. Dkt. 12. Accordingly, two new civil actions from the Indianapolis Division shall be opened. The action docketed as No. 1:19-cv-4745-JPH-DLP shall proceed only against Dr. Propst and Nurse Baker.
