ORDER ON JOINT MOTION TO STAY PROCEEDINGS AND EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE RESPONSIVE PLEADING - This matter cones before the Court on the parties' Joint Motion to Stay Proceedings and Extension of Time to File Responsive Pleading. [Dkt. #7 .] The parties request a stay of this matter for ninety days while the parties engage in settlement discussions. The motion is hereby GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. The parties' motion to stay this case is DENIED. However, in order to facilitate the parties' settlement discussions, the time for Defendant to respond to the Complaint is hereby enlarged to and including May 29, 2020. No further enlargement of that deadline will be granted. If the parties desire a settlement conference prior to the deadline for the submission of Defendant's responsive pleading, they are directed to contact Magistrate Judge Dinsmore's chambers and every effort will be made to accommodate such request.
