ORDER - DENYING #7 MOTION TO WAIVE INITIAL PARTIAL FILING FEE. Edward Partlow's motion to waive his initial partial filing fee, dkt. #7 , is denied. An initial partial filing fee is warranted based on the average monthly deposits to Mr. Partlow's inmate trust account. 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1) (A). In fact, the exhibit attached to Mr. Partlow's motion shows that he currently has sufficient funds to pay his initial partial filing fee of $10.39. Dkt. 7-1. The plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #6 , is granted to the extent that the plaintiff is assessed an initial partial filing fee of Ten Dollars and Thirty-Nine Cents ($10.39). The plaintiff shall have through June 5, 2020, in which to pay this sum to the clerk of the district court.
