ORDER - Screening Complaint, Dismissing Deficient Claims, and Directing Issuance and Service of Process ; For the reasons explained in this Order, a Fourteenth Amendment due process claim shall proceed against the Warden of the New Castle Correctional Facility. All other claims and defendants are dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. The clerk is directed to modify the docket to reflect that the only defendant is the Warden of the New Castle Correctional Facility. If Mr. Guy believes the Court has overlooked claims and/or defendants, or should he believe his claims arising at the Wabash Valley Correctional Facility should not have been dismissed, he shall have through May 31, 2020, in which to bring those matters to the Courts attention. The clerk is directed pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(c)(3) to issue process to defendant Warden of the New Castle Correctional Facility in the manner specified by Rule 4(d). Process shall consist of the complaint, dkt. 2, applicable forms (Notice of Lawsuit and Request for Waiver of Service of Summons and Waiver of Service of Summons), and this Order. Copies Mailed.
