Filing 9 ORDER Granting Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis, Screening and Dismissing Complaint, and Allowing Opportunity to Amend Complaint or Show Cause - Mr. Jones' motion for leave to proceed without prepaying fees or costs, dkt. #4 , is granted. The complaint is therefore dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. 28 U.S.C. 1915A. Alternatively, Mr. Jones may file a motion to reconsider screening that shows cause why the complaint should not have been dismissed and instead allowed to proceed. Either course of action must be completed no later than July 9, 2020. The failure to take either action by that deadline will result in the dismissal of this action without further notice or opportunity to amend (SEE ORDER FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION).
