June 19, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 8 Order Granting Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis, Screening Complaint, and Directing Issuance of Process - Plaintiff Brady Burlew's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #3 , is granted. Although Mr. Burlew is excused from pre-paying the full filing fee, he still must pay the three hundred and fifty dollar ($350.00) filing fee pursuant to the statutory formula set forth in 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(2) when able. Mr. Burlew's Eighth Amendment conditions-of-confinement claim shall proceed against Captain Boldmen in his individual capacity as submitted. The clerk is directed pursuant to Federal Rule of Procedure 4(c)(3) to issue process to defendant Captain Boldmen in the manner specified by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(d).
