| Filing 8 ENTRY SCREENING AMENDED COMPLAINT AND DIRECTING SERVICE OF PROCESS - Mr. Burnham's claims are construed as deliberate indifference to his health and safety claims brought under the Eighth Amendment. His claims shall proceed against all three defendants. These are the claims the Court discerns in the complaint. If Mr. Burnham believes that additional claims were alleged in the complaint but not identified by the Court, he shall have through August 28, 2020, in which to identify those claims. II. The clerk is directed pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c)(3) to issue process to defendants Warden Wendy, Jay Hall, and Robin Featherston, in the manner specified by Rule 4(d). The claims brought by Justin Burnham are severed from the original complaint. To effectuate this ruling, the Clerk shall open a new civil action from the Indianapolis Division, consistent with the following: Justin Burnham shall be the plaintiff in the newly opened action. The Nature of Suit for the newly opened action shall be 555. The Cause of Action for the newly opened action shall be 42:1983pr. The complaint in this action, dkt. #1 , shall be filed and re-docketed as the complaint in the newly opened action. Plaintiff Burnham's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #6 , and the Entry granting Plaintiff Burnham's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #8 , shall also be filed and re-docketed in the newly opened action. A copy of this entry shall be docketed in the newly opened action. This action and the newly opened action shall be shown as linked actions.
