Filing 8 ENTRY SCREENING AMENDED COMPLAINT AND DIRECTING SERVICE OF PROCESS - Mr. Burnham's claims are construed as deliberate indifference to his health and safety claims brought under the Eighth Amendment. His claims shall proceed against all three defendants. These are the claims the Court discerns in the complaint. If Mr. Burnham believes that additional claims were alleged in the complaint but not identified by the Court, he shall have through August 28, 2020, in which to identify those claims. II. The clerk is directed pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c)(3) to issue process to defendants Warden Wendy, Jay Hall, and Robin Featherston, in the manner specified by Rule 4(d). A copy of this entry shall be docketed in the newly opened action. This action and the newly opened action shall be shown as linked actions.
