Order Screening Complaint, Dismissing Deficient Claims, and Directing Plaintiff to Show Cause - In summary, the Court has identified 1983 claims against Dr. Ippel, Dr. Cabrera, and Officer Cyborski, and state law negligence claims against the Geo Group and Wexford of Indiana, LLC. These claims shall proceed. All other claims are dismissed. If the plaintiff believes the Court has overlooked claims and/or defendants, he shall have through August 24, 2020, in which to file a motion to reconsider bringing such matters to the Court's attention. This deadline does not affect the plaintiff's rights under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15, or any defendant's rights under Rule 12. For the consistency and accuracy of the Court's dockets, the Court will use the plaintiff's last name of "Crockett- Berry" and the clerk is directed to modify the docket to reflect this name. The complaint has been screened pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915A. The claims identified above shall proceed. The plaintiff's attorney has obtained summonses and will obtain service on the defendants.
