Order Dismissing Petition for a Writ of Coram Nobis - A federal court has no jurisdiction to issue a writ of coram nobis with respect to a state court judgment. And it would be futile to convert the petition to one based on 28 U.S.C. 2254, because Mr. Bogus is no longer in custody pursuant to the state court judgment he seeks to overturn.
