Filing 6 ENTRY - A review of the Complaint in this matter indicates that Plaintiff Kataza Taifa has not adequately named the defendants in this matter. While he appears to sue the Indiana Parole Board, the "Parole Office Supervisor," and his "Current Parole Officer," he has not identified the names of the individuals he wishes to sue. Mr. Taifa must identify the individuals he wishes to sue so that they can be properly served with his Complaint. The Court ORDERS Ms. Taifa to file an Amended Complaint by October 30, 2020 that properly identifies the parties he intends to name as Defendants. Failure to file an Amended Complaint that addresses the issues in this Order by that date may result in the dismissal of this matter or improperly named parties without prejudice. Copy to Kataza Taifa via U.S. mail. Signed by Judge Jane Magnus-Stinson on 10/13/2020.(JDH) |
