Filing 4 ORDER DIRECTING PETITIONER TO FILE AMENDED PETITION - On September 2, 2020, Mark Johnson filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus challenging his state conviction under Indiana Criminal Case No. 49G01-1106-PC-41966. Mr. Johnson shall have through October 23, 2020, to file an amended petition that sets forth one or more grounds for relief from his state court conviction. Otherwise, his habeas petition will be dismissed without an additional opportunity to show cause.
