| Filing 7 ENTRY DISCUSSING JOINT LITIGATION BY PRISONERS AND DIRECTING FURTHER PROCEEDINGS - Each plaintiff shall have through December 4, 2020, to notify the Court whether he would like to voluntarily dismiss this action without prejudice or proceed jointly. If a plaintiff fails to notify the court in the time provided, the court may dismiss his claims without further warning or opportunity to show cause. Each plaintiff shall also have through December 4, 2020, to either pay the $400 filing fee or file an individualized motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. Failure to take either action in the time provided may result in his claims being dismissed without further notice or opportunity to show cause. Any motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis must include a record of the transactions associated with the plaintiff's inmate trust account for the six-month period immediately preceding the filing of this action on September 23, 2020. 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(2). The clerk is directed to include a form motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis with each plaintiff's copy of this Entry. Copy sent to plaintiffs via US Mail.
