ORDER DIRECTING PETITIONER TO SHOW CAUSE - Rodney Waye's petition for a writ of habeas corpus challenges his conviction in prison disciplinary proceeding identified as CIC 20-04-0275. Mr. Waye shall have through November 6, 2020, to pay the $5.00 filing fee or demonstrate his financial inability to do so. Mr. Waye shall have through November 6, 2020, to show cause why his petition should not be dismissed pursuant to Rule 4. If he fails to do so in the time provided, the Court will dismiss this action without further warning or opportunity to show cause.
