ORDER - On October 8, 2020, Plaintiff Jane Doe filed a Complaint, [Filing No. #1 ], without paying the filing fee or seeking leave to proceed without paying the fee. On October 14, 2020, the Court ordered Ms. Doe to either pay the $400.00 filing fee for this action or file a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis demonstrating that she lacks the financial ability to do so by November 4, 2020. [Filing No. #3 .] The Court warned Ms. Doe that failure to complete one of these actions could result in dismissal of this case. [Filing No. 3 at 1.] The November 4, 2020 deadline has passed, and Ms. Doe has neither paid the filing fee nor filed a motion seeking leave to proceed in forma pauperis. Accordingly, Ms. Doe shall have through November 4, 2020 to pay the filing fee or demonstrate that she lacks the financial ability to prepay the fee.
