Filing 7 ORDER denying #6 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Because Plaintiff has not established that he is unable to pay the filing fee for this action nor submitted a copy of his prison account statement establishing such inability, his Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis [Dkt. 6] is denied. We shall provide Plaintiff an additional opportunity to either pay the fee for this action or demonstrate that he is financially unable to do so by moving to proceed in forma pauperis, no later than thirty (30) days from the date of this Order. We once again direct Plaintiff to utilize this Court's in forma pauperis form affidavit, attached to this Order, should he choose to file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis. Additionally, any motion to proceed in forma pauperis must include Plaintiff's six-month prison account statement. Copy to Plaintiff via US Mail. Signed by Judge Sarah Evans Barker on 12/30/2020.
